Pallisa leaders vow to join rest on cleaning day.

Political Leaders in Pallisa district  have committed themselves to join the rest of the people during the cleaning day come Saturday 29^th/08/2026 as it was directed by the prime minister office where by every last  Saturday of every month, Ugandans are meant to clean there areas starting from 7:00am up to 10:00am where business will not be allowed to during those hours unless to those who are authorized.

During  today's press interview with Gogonyo Member of parliament who also doubles as chairperson NRM Pallisa district Hon. Derrick Orone A.k a Bambata noted that he will also join other district leaders to  participate on that day starting from Pallisa main Hospital.

However,  Hon. Constantine Okwi  Area member of parliament representing the people of Kibale county while confirming his presence of that day ,asked the residents to embrace the idea of cleaning our areas because it will help in hygiene hence creating wealth.
